The Director GeneraHappening Bureau for Public Procurement, Mr Mamman Ahamadu has commended the Nigerian Army for being ahead of all other Services in the compliance with due process in procurement. He made the statement when the Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Tukur Yusufu Buratai paid him courtesy call a few minutes ago.
Earlier in his remarks, the Chief of Army Staff has stated that in order to ensure that due process is complied with in procurement, he has directed that each Department at the Army Headquarters and Corps to have a procurement desks to facilitate compliance.
