The 18th Ofala of Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Alfred Nnaemeka Achebe has kicked off with the Traditional ruler of Onitsha parading the arena in company of his cabinet chiefs.
The arena is filled with people of Onitsha and beyond who came to felicitate with the Igwe.
Also present were the traditional rulers of the communities across the state and beyond, people from different tribes, colours, languages and culture fully dressed in Igbo cultural attire, among others
Payment of homage by various cultural groups follows immediately as more dignitaries arrive the venue.
