We invited the Honourable Minister of Communications, Dr Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami FNCS, FBCS, FIIM to this security meeting to enlighten us more on the use of technology to tackle security challenges faced within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Distinguished Senator Dr Ahmad Lawan, Senate President, Federal Republic of Nigeria has said.
The Senate President made this assertion today during a security meeting held at the Nigerian Senate building to address the prevailing security challenges confronting the FCT and Nigeria at large.
Present at the closed-door gathering included, the host, Senate President, Senator Dr Ahmad Lawan, Senate Majority Leader, Senator Yahaya Abdullahi, Chairman Senate Committee on Interior, Senator Kashim Shettima, Honourable Minister of Police Affairs, Mohammed Dangadi, Honourable Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Muhammad Bello, Director General, National Intelligence Agency (Nigeria), Ahmed Rufai Abubakar, among others.
