In response to the security challenges in its Area of Responsibility, covering Kaduna, Niger, Kano, and Jigawa States, the 1 Division Nigerian Army has introduced a Toll-Free Line to facilitate swift reporting of security-related issues.

1 Division said 0800 002 0204 is the toll-free line to be used.
This innovative initiative enables the public to report emergency cases, lodge complaints, and provide timely information on the activities of terrorists, insurgents, violent extremists, bandits, and their collaborators.
He averred that the Toll-Free Line is designed to ensure prompt response and effective collaboration between the Division, other security agencies, and the public in protecting lives and properties.
“It is also to assist the general public to send timely information on the activities of terrorists, bandits and their collaborations as well as other issues of security concerns that would assist the Division and other security agencies in protecting lives and properties within the Division’s Area of Responsibility,” the statement added.
To utilize this service, simply dial the Toll-Free Line and follow the interactive voice prompt to report emergencies or lodge complaints. Please note that all calls and messages received are free and confidential, and sources will be protected.
